Our facilities include a tooling workshop equipped with the necessary means for both preventive maintenance of our moulds and first-level corrective maintenance: spare parts, milling machine, hydraulic press, grinding machine, etc.
What do we offer?
Tooling workshop
We try to simplify the model as much as possible according to its requirements and detect possible mechanical interferences either in the mold or in its set of parts.
Paint
We select and apply the paint that best suits each type of piece through a selection process.
Mold Manufacturing
We carry out a preliminary design of the mould, as well as a simulation of the injection.
Study of the appropriate material
We carry out a detailed study to be able to provide the plastic material most suited to each project and client.
Prototyping
We manufacture plastic parts or prototypes quickly, adapting to the client’s design and prototype.
Design
We design, prototype and draw up plans for any part that requires it.
Labeled
In the plastic injection process, the piece will be decorated and labeled with the chosen design.
